William Donald Glenn McLean

Peacefully on Tuesday, December 04, 2007. Predeceased by his wife Shirley Minicola, parents Ray and Beatrice and sister Jean. Survived by sister Karen (Peter) of Calgary and longtime friend and business associate Carolyn Lewis. Glenn will be missed by all of his many nieces and nephews, family and friends. Glenn was a veteran financial advisor in Toronto until he retired several years ago. His ownership of both thoroughbred and standard horses kept Glenn busy in his retirement years. His near win of the Canadian Triple Crown was one of the many highlights in Glenn's life. Special thanks to Jo-Anne Anderson for her years of care for Glenn. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel 4933 Dundas St., W. Etobicoke (between Islington & Kipling Aves) from 2-4 and 7-9pm on Friday. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, December 8, 2007 at 11am. A reception will follow at Islington Golf & Country Club. Cremation to take place. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
